Description
I am on Windows 7 using Git 2.9.3.windows.1.
I am new to Bitbucket and new to Git.
I forked an existing repository that I need to work on and clicked the clone link to get the Git command and URL to clone the repository to my machine.
I was able to do this successfully on a Mac mini in my office, but when I try to duplicate this on my laptop PC I get the following error:
fatal: unable to access 'https://MY_USERNAME@bitbucket.org/MY_USERNAME/REPOSITORY_NAME.git/': error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol
I found a "resolved" thread on this site (which really wasn't resolved, it had been marked resolved due to no activity), but that didn't help.
Google searches yielded a lot of specific configuration options for other systems and development tools, none of which seemed to address my issue (at least as far as I can tell).
How do I get this to work on my PC?
