Some files do not show up in the Pull request overview

Test case:

1. Create a PR with few commits,
2. Review
3. Add some new commits with new impacted files

Result: commits are listed in the 'Commits' pane for the PR, but the newly updated files aren't in the 'Overview'

Expected: Any file updated in commits included in the PR should show up.
