Don't send failure reports for manually stopped build

When I use the "stop" button to cancel a build, I get a failure notification email. Either there should be no email, or it should have a difference subject like:

"pipeline build for my_branch cancelled"

Currently it is identical to all other failure emails, making it impossible to distinguish which are actual failure which need investigation.
