Failed to connect to bitbucket.org port 443

I'm unable to push or fetch my code to one of my Bitbucket repositories since last week . It returns the following error - unable to access 'https://anuraggupta816@bitbucket.org/anuraggupta816/codeigniter_php.git/'': Failed to connect to bitbucket.org port 443: Network is unreachable.

i used ping -c10 command
