Private submodule fetching stopped working

We are using Shippable where we pull from repositories from bitbucket. Not sure if the issue is with Shippable or Bitbucket.

Yesterday on our submodule fetching stopped working, it had been working correctly prior to this. I have double checked that the deployment key from Shippable is set and is right for the submodule repository.
