Customer Report: A Mercurial Repo should not show the link to 'View Details' for Git LFS on the repo settings

On a mercurial repo, on the Repository Details, there is a link to 'View Details' for next to the Git LFS usage detail:

If a user clicks the link, the page will lead to an error 500 page – which is expected since Git LFS isn't supported on a HG repo. The 'View details' link should not appear on the settings UI at all.
