Bitbucket LFS Media adapter fails if the temp folder is in a different file system

When trying to clone a Git LFS repo with the Bitbucket LFS Media adapter configured, if the OS temp dir is located on a different drive than the final download location, the clone fails with an invalid cross-device link error

Temporary Workaround: Set TMPDIR to a location on the same drive with the repo location.
