      Hi Bitbucket,

      I'm going straight to the issue:

      People need approval from repository owner to join, that's fine. But they should be free to leave.

      One easy-and-acceptable solution should be letting the member leave after automatic-notification to repo owner for some time, like 3 days, 5 days, 1 week... Or just no delay time at all.

      If someone wants to leave, they leave. Why keep them in member list if they don't want to contribute/cooperate anymore?

      Bitbucket, please be more flexible, we code, we're not the code.
