trailing slash causing erros on static sites

Following the https://pbrowne.bitbucket.io/empire it redirects to https://pbrowne.bitbucket.org/empire/ (see the trailing slash) which throws a certificate error on browser.

This behaviour doesn't happens if you type https://pbrowne.bitbucket.org/empire/ at the first time.

It would be nice if Bitbucket could add automatically a trailing slash in the end of URLs.
