API webhooks documentation is unclear

At https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/event-payloads-740262817.html there is described "issue:comment_created" payload. The payload includes data about repository, issue, and comment.

Both issue and comment have ID.

It is unclear from your documentation, whether to identify a particular comment, I need only comment ID or both comment ID and issue ID. Or do we need to know also the repository among two IDs, to identify a particular comment?

Please correct your documentation (for issue comments, pull request comments, and for commit comments, and probably other kinds of entities).
