Cannot set Repository Icon in BitBucket Server

    Description

      We recently upgraded to Bitbucket 4.11 from version 4.2, and can no longer set specific Icons on a repository by repository basis. It looks like this functionality was added back to the Bitbucket Cloud version as noted by Issue BCLOUD-12250. Will this be added back to the Server version in an upcoming release?
