Cloudfront resources not loading

I'm getting ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE and ERR_CERTIFICATE_TRANSPARENCY_REQUIRED on all static resources requested from Cloudfront.

E.g., https://d301sr5gafysq2.cloudfront.net/587c5806849a/css/entry/app.css

The simpler styling is sometimes pleasant, but the missing JS makes the site unusable.

I'm running Chromium v53 on Linux.
