Editing a pull request on a branch with multiple heads selects first item in the list

When editing a pull request, the "to" branch on the right hand side is defaulted to the first item in the list instead of the branch saved in the pull request.

This means that editing a pull request can inadvertently change the branches selected i.e. it is not obvious to a user that Bitbucket has selected a different branch.
