All comments are set to outdated on a Mercurial pullrequest if only one commit is updated

When new commits are added to a branch with an opened Pull Request on it, every comment made in the Pull Request is hidden and marked as outdated, even if the file where the comments have been put was not affected by the latest commits. This only affects Mercurial repos.
