"See Configuration" option redirects to Main branch instead of the commit's branch (BBCI-3834)

Summary

Running Pipelines Manually:

While on a commit which not on the Main Branch, the See configuration option will redirects to the yml file located in main branch instead of the commit's branch.

Sample Gif Image: PipelineManualBuild.gif

This would cause confusion as the build uses the script on the same branch but the *See Configuration *button redirects to the Main Branch's yml file instead of the actual branch's yml file.

Steps to Reproduce

Ensure all the branches has different custom script.

1. Navigate to a commit which is not on the Main Branch
2. Click Run Pipeline
3. After clicking Run Pipeline in the commit, the* *Run Pipeline windows pop up to select custom pipeline from the yml files.
4. The custom build which set on branch's yml file will be on the dropdown menu
5. The *See Configuration *will redirects to the _Main Branch'_s yml file
6. Running a custom build from the pop up menu will grab the script which set on the current branch's yml file
