Simple Workflow Management: Be able to set a branch to default merge into another branch.

As it is now, when you have branches, and go to the merge page, the default target is master. It would be great to choose which branch should merge into which branch. For example:

Given five branches:

• feature/foo
• bugfix/bar
• development
• staging
• master

It would be a UX and productivity gain to be able to set feature/foo and bugfix/bar to always merge into development, development to always default to merge into staging, and staging to always merge into master.

Going a step further, it would be great to have the reverse, and have a Merge Up and Merge Down Functionality.
