    Description

      As a developer

      I want to see my # of outstanding notifications no matter where I am in Bitbucket Cloud without having to leave my current place in Bitbucket to check the Dashboard to see if there's anything new for me.

      So that I'm aware of the number of open Pull Requests I'm assigned to, that may be adding up.

      Proposed Solution: Perhaps an inbox icon in the Top Right Nav with a Badge number indicating the # of unseen notifications or Open PRs I'm assigned to would be solve this in Bitbucket Cloud.
