Find merge commit from Pull Request

What I'm looking for here is a link from the pull request to the commit where the pull request was merged into the parent branch. Currently the pull request has links to all the commits for the changes being delivered but what I'm missing is a link to the commit on the destination branch that is created when you click Merge and the changes are merged in to the destination branch.
