Linker values get removed when an add-on is updated

When updating an add-on on the "Manage integrations" settings page the values registered for the linker installed by the add-on get removed.

Since updating the add-on does not trigger any callbacks to the add-on, this is a problem when the add-on registers linker values on installation.
