Description
**I just experienced this problem twice in a sprint.
Reproduce:**
- in Jira task - select "create branch"
- select branch to create from: Repo A
- oh no! user made a mistake. User wants to delete branch.
+ new branch is not visible on Jira task, why not?
— user goes to https://bitbucket.org/my_group/my_org/branches/
— branch is not active because it has no commits, so user selects the "merged" tab
+ this makes no sense - it's a new branch, not a merged branch
— now user deletes the branch
- user returns to Jira task and selects "create branch"
- select branch to create from: Repo B
- user does a lot of work and makes PR to merge to Repo B
- Repo B breaks, because the branch was from Repo A, which contains incompatible changes
This caused great frustration for my team on 2 different tasks.
