Include Pipeline Usage figures in each repository's Pipelines page

the usage figures are seemingly unnecessarily buried. It feels like "usage" should show up anywhere that Pipelines settings are. even after following the directions:

Bitbucket Settings>Pipeline(Section)>Usage(Individual Account)/Team(Top Navigation Bar)>Click Team Name>Manage Team>Usage

I could not find my individual usage (maybe there's a bug on my account?) I FINALLY found the team usage (which is arguably the more important figure), but it was not at all intuitive. I've attached a screenshots outlining what I'm talking about.
