Running custom Pipeline for a branch does not run with branch context

We would like to have pipeline working with specific branch. The reason for this is because our workflow requires each new feature to be developed within its specific brunch, deployed to test server, tested. Only after that we merge it in master.

Currently, when running custom Pipeline builds, the default variable $BITBUCKET_BRANCH does not read the current branch.
