Create issue link to accept kind and priority parameters

When sending to someone the link to the Create issue page you can currently pass in a suggested title and content

E.g. https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues/new?title=foo&content=bar

I would find really useful to be able to pass in also the issue's Kind and Priority.

This way I could provide my clients/testers two different links to submit bugs and proposals.
