I would like to have a default Pull Request Description (while creating a Pull Request) in certain template, just so entire team can provide details in that format.

Pull Request Description Template:

We have sizeable team of developers working on the project:

• absolutely do not want each of them provide change list details in their own format
• like each member to think through all the sections mentioned in the template
• code reviews are getting increasingly difficult in the absence of this standardization
