Summarize insertions/deletions in "Files changed (...)" component

For (big) refactorings it is often a good indicator to compare the size of the code before and after, in most of the cases the code should be reduced by using the patterns DRY, KISS and especially YAGNI.

For reviews it would be great if it is possible to see the sum of inserted and removed lines, like git diff --stat.
