"Create repository" button appears far down the dropdown list

In the dropdown menu of the "Repositories" button of the navigation bar, the option to "create repository" appears almost at the end of the list (just above "Import repository"). When you have viewed a lot of repositories the item is not easily reached from the menu having to scroll down the screen. It's silly, but I think that both import and create options should be accesible as the first two items of the dropdown menu.
