Atm about 50% of my pushes and pulls take a unusual amount of time to initiate the SSH connection.

When i use ssh -v -v -v I can see that sometimes it takes very long for the SSH server to answer. I can reproduce this from two different networks from the netherlands.

ssh -v -v -v
