    Description

      Giving a star to a project is a great way to motivate the developer and show your respect. Stars are also a great measure of project popularity.

      I'd love to see a similar system on Bitbucket. No necessarily starts, maybe buckets would suit better.

      The ability to star things is GitHub's huge competitive advantage.
