pipeline: run first time from ui

I've checked in a bitbucket-pipelines.yml file to my project before I enabled the pipelines feature for that project. I've been combing the UI looking for a way to manually kick off the first build.

This feature is available on a per-commit basis: see Issue BCLOUD-12811 (resolved).
But I only have a vanilla default: build and can't figure out how to run it without doing a new commit.

Am I just missing seeing it? And, if not, consider this a feature request. Thx.
