Cursor not focused on "Title" with Issue Creation on the New Bitbucket UI

With the new Bitbucket UI, whenever I go to Create Issue, instead of the cursor defaulting to the issue "Title" field, the focus is completely lost. I must click into the field first before I can begin typing.

I would prefer the cursor to be focused on the "Title" field on new issue creation.
