Team members screen doesn't always match the 'Plan details' screen

When we list users on the 'Plan details' screen, we only list users on a team who are given some level of access through a group.

You may be given a completely different number if you have users under a group who have no level of access (empty groups) and are not given access to a specific repository.

In conclusion, it can be confusing having different numbers on the team members overview vs. the plan details page
