Anchor links does not work properly with browser Back button

1. View a commit details page that has multiple file changes.
2. Click on the first file.
3. Scroll back to the top of the page.
4. Click on the 2nd file.
5. Press Back on the browser

The browser should jump to the anchor tag of the 1st file when the Back button is pressed. In the actual behavior, the browser does not do anything
