Unable to Add IP Address in Access Controls for Bitbucket

When I navigate to Bitbucket Settings >> Access Controls >> click "Add or remove IP addresses".

A pop up shows and I enter an IP Address and click Add. Once I click Add, the IP Address box closes and I notice that the IP Address is appended to the URL (sample url below). The IP Address does not get added.
