Scrollbar does not fully scroll the page in create repo with advanced settings expanded

Using the scrollbar, it's not possible to get to the bottom of the page.

1. Go to https://bitbucket.org/repo/create
2. Expand Advanced Settings
3. Adjust the window size so that is is smaller than the page size
4. Use the left scrollbar to scroll to the bottom of the page

It's not possible to scroll to the botton of the page.

Workaround

• Collapse Advanced Settings to create repo
• Use the mouse scroller or keyboard arrow keys to scroll
