Ability to cache docker images?

I am not sure how it can be implemented, but it might reduce our build times by a large margin.
While locally my docker builds takes 2-3 seconds, it takes more than 5 minutes on your pipelines.

Even a bitbucket hosted image repository would create awesome results because currently we are spending %80-99 of our build times with image pulling and pushing.
