Customer Request: Ability to create a fork through API where the owner of the new repository is a team account.

Issue #14368 resolved
Gabriel Marcolino staff created an issue

After the shutdown of the "login as a team" functionality, currently, it's not possible to API-fork a team repository where the owner of the forked repository still being the team account (not the user that is authenticating to run the fork).

eg.
Run the curl command below to fork a repository, creates a new repository in the personal account of the user x**, instead of the team account testingteam:

curl -sL --user x****** POST https://api.bitbucket.org/1.0/repositories/testingteam/2nd-repository/fork --data "name=3rd-repository”
