Display last access date for plan users

Checking the users listed at the URL https://bitbucket.org/account/user/user_name_or_team_name/plan-users/ for a personal account or a team account, we would like to be able to:

• See the last time that they did log in
• See their activity which would include:
  • The Pull Requests that they Approved/Merged
  • The commits that they did
  • The pages that they accessed (including wikis, issues, and settings).

We believe that this would help us a lot to properly identify: :

1. The users that are inactive
2. The users that are active and their usage
3. When the users were removed/added
4. What changes did the users do during a given period
