Repository blank state contents hidden under sidebar when window is resized (BBCDEV-7338)

In the new Bitbucket UI, a new repository created with a resized window shows that part of the page hides behind the Navigation Bar.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new repository.
2. Adjust the browser window's width.
3. Verify that this content isn't correctly displaying
