Title of Pull Request not displaying if contains emoji

This issue first started yesterday, I noticed it on my mobile browser, thought it's a resizing issue. Logged in to bitbucket this morning and noticed that all the titles of pull requests that have emojis in them are not displaying: instead only first emoji is displayed, and it is centered inside the title box.

It's very hard to navigate without titles.
