Pipeline stops after running httpd

I'm trying to create a running webserver using bitbucket pipeline where I can run a simulation test. e.g. functional/api test. After configuring the requirements and all, then running the httpd, pipeline already end the execution. I'm hoping that the multi steps can help me but it's not yet supported so is there any workaround for this where I can run the httpd without stopping the scripts?
