Dates are incorrectly displayed in the PR activity view

    Description

      When I merge a PR the date reported by the PR and the actually commit are different (by hours). For example here is the commit view:

      There is the activity view on the same PR:

      The first one is the correct time. The second time seems to be the UTC of first.
