Trying to create issues for my private repository fails with a browser console error

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to my repo
• Click "Issues" in the left nav
• Click "Create an issue" in the "Bitbucket" section
• It spins forever and I see an error in the console; using Chrome, Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit)
