Pipelines settings and configurations not transferred when transferring repository ownership

Settings, environment variables, SSH keys and integrations for Pipelines under the repo is not transferred when you "Change or transfer repository ownership".

When the transfer is made, you will have to reenable Pipelines and configure its settings.
