Billing details page shows incorrect available usage minutes for annual customers

On the billing/plan details screen, the grey text below the usage of minutes incorrectly shows additional minutes that are not available to annual plan customers. Annual plans only include up to 50 build minutes per month, and 1GB of storage.

Please update/clarify the pipelines minutes message for customers on annual plan to specify that they need to change the plan before they can get more build minutes
