git flow - Fixing issues on the develop branch via commit message

With git flow when you implement a feature of fix an issue that is done on the develop branch.

The code on the develop branch will eventually become the next version of the software.

So let's say I fixed issue 123 on the develop branch and included the issue in the commit message (Fix BCLOUD-123).

The issue will only get linked to the commit when the commit is merged to the master branch which is no good.

When a version is in development for a longer time you want to see what issues where referenced or fixed on the develop branch not only on the master branch.

Not only is the issue not fixed (which is debatable, it could be in a pending fix state instead or something like that) it isn't even referenced!
