User Group with no Team permission unable to view projects on Dashboard

User Group with no Team permission not able to view Team Project (which the group have access to its repo) on their dashboard (https://bitbucket.org/dashboard/projects) but able to view it on Team profile (https://bitbucket.org/<Team-username>/profile/projects).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a new User Group
2. Uncheck "Create repositories" and "Administer Team"
3. Add a User to the User Group
4. Login using the User credential then view the https://bitbucket.org/dashboard/projects

Expected Results

Users who have access to the Project's repositories should be able to view the projects on Dashboard even though they don't have the permission to create new repositories.

Actual (Current) Results

Users unable view their projects on their Dashboard.
Users would need to navigate to https://bitbucket.org/<Team-username>/profile/projects to view the projects.
