Unable to clone a repo in GIT

Hi Team,

I am getting below error. I have installed GIT for first time and started using it today

480069@LT062845 MINGW64 /d/Git
$ git clone https://santosh191177@bitbucket.org/santosh191177/omsai_repo1.git\\
Cloning into 'omsai_repo1'...
fatal: unable to access 'https://santosh191177@bitbucket.org/santosh191177/omsai_repo1.git/': Failed to connect to bitbucket.org port 443: Connection refused

I tried to update host file with below entry but now help
