If a users access revoked with open pull request in repository; merge, decline and bitbucket PR plug-in is not working

We had a user, who has an open pull request. After this users access removed from the repository, jenkins pull request task stopped working, merge and decline buttons were also not working.

I have been pulling my hair for over 4 hours to find the source of why jenkins pr checks stopped working. Finally able to found this was the issue.

After merging that PR manually into the master via SourceTree all PR check jobs in Jenkins started to work simultaneously.
