Persistent Commit Messages on Merge

When merging branches together in the WEB UI, It would be very useful to see a copy of the commit messages from all the previous commits being merged into target branch appended to the merge commit message message so our developers can see what messages are pulled with the merge, in turn these messages go to our deployment system where seeing just "Merged branch A into B" is pretty useless line to see in the logs.

Basically in the same manner a Pull Request concatenates commit messages but to do it for the Merge and Sync Quick links too.

The ability to create a commit message templates and have certain branches use certain templates on specified action triggers would be fantastic.
