System Error: /opt/atlassian/pipelines/agent/build/.meteor/local/dev_bundle does not exist

We're getting following error at the end of the pipelines build: System Error, /opt/atlassian/pipelines/agent/build/.meteor/local/dev_bundle does not exist . When I run the same cmd sequence in the docker container on my local laptop it runs well. Only difference I have noticed is the build path: /opt/atlassian/bitbucketci/agent/build/ however the message says /opt/atlassian/pipelines/agent/build

It has been working fine but since 8/7/2017 it is broken.
